SEO Specialist / Snr SEO Executive
At Blue Array, we are passionate about driving results through effective digital marketing strategies. As a leader in organic search through SEO, GEO, and Digital PR, we deliver innovative solutions that help our clients achieve real impact. We are now seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to strengthen your client-facing and relationship-management skills while contributing to a variety of projects. You’ll work directly with some of our smaller accounts, building meaningful client connections and gaining hands-on industry experience, while also supporting our SEO Managers and SEO Director in delivering successful strategies for our broader client portfolio.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts across brands and industries, and balances technical expertise with creative thinking. You’ll engage in diverse facets of SEO, from audits and keyword research to backlink analysis and reporting, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our clients’ online visibility.
Please note: We can only consider applicants who have the right to work in the UK and are currently based in the UK, as we cannot offer sponsorship at this time.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of small client accounts, ensuring accountability for their organic search performance and adherence to revenue targets.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication, meeting agendas, calls, and strategy discussions.
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, in-depth keyword research, backlink analysis, and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Monitor client websites and performance metrics, reporting findings and insights to the line manager and clients.
- Develop and present tailored SEO strategies and contribute to the formulation of long-term SEO roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, development, and social media teams to ensure integrated delivery of SEO objectives.
- Maintain proficiency with essential SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Majestic, Screaming Frog) to support recommendations and drive results.
- Stay up to date on SEO developments, trends, and best practices, sharing insights internally and externally through blogs and team sessions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
