About Us
At Itineris, we help ambitious organisations turn complexity into performance by using strategy, creativity and data to drive measurable outcomes. As an award-winning digital agency working across the education, charity and professional services sectors, we build campaigns grounded in clarity, impact and collaboration.
SEO is a critical part of our offering, and we're known for delivering search strategies that improve visibility, strengthen content performance and support long term client growth.
The Role
We're looking for an SEO Specialist who gets work done and can follow a process. You'll play a key role within the SEO team, focused on the hands-on execution of technical SEO and on-page optimisation across a range of client accounts.
You'll be responsible for keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical audits and content briefs, working closely with the SEO team to put strategy into action. This is an execution-focused role, suited to someone who understands the detail behind technical SEO and on-page optimisation, and who has a knack for spotting opportunities that others might miss. You may get involved with client-facing calls from time to time, however for the most part, the role will be focused on implementation and execution of both on-page and technical SEO opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
