Our SEO team forms an integral part of the digital marketing team. We’re looking for a passionate technically focused SEO Executive who will enjoy working with a suite of SEO and analytics tools and a wide range of internal teams. The successful candidate will support our SEO strategies, particularly focusing on technical optimisation and performance analysis to enhance our online presence and drive organic traffic.

The closing date for applications will be Wednesday 26th August. The successful candidate will join the team once a week in our Luton office.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Assist in auditing and optimising website architecture, ensuring it is aligned with SEO best practices for crawling and indexing.
  • Support the implementation of technical SEO initiatives with new page builds and designs.
  • Work closely with the development and testing teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed during website updates and new launches.
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues such as broken links, 404 errors, and redirect chains.
  • Monitor and analyse website performance metrics, using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in SEO and search engine algorithms to ensure compliance and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business and TUI Group to ensure a cohesive approach to SEO.
  • Interpreting SEO data to test new ideas and initiatives.
  • Liaising and building relationships with internal stakeholders and agency partners.

ABOUT YOU

  • Basic understanding of technical SEO principles and a strong desire to learn more.
  • Familiarity with website technologies such as HTML, and CMS platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members.
  • Proactive learner with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and search engine algorithms.
  • Experience using search data platforms such as SEMRush or Search Metrics with an interest in learning advanced techniques.
  • Excellent collaboration skills
