About The Role

We are seeking a sharp, technically-minded SEO Executive to join our organic search team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technical SEO and enjoys transforming complex crawl reports into actionable strategies that deliver tangible growth. As an SEO Executive at Kubix, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth technical audits, developing strategic roadmaps, and managing ongoing client SEO programs. You will work closely with our development and content teams to ensure recommendations are implemented effectively, driving real organic growth for our clients. Reporting directly to the Head of SEO, you will play a key role in shaping our clients’ search success and advancing your career in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of SEO experience, preferably within an agency setting managing multiple client accounts.
  • Strong technical knowledge of website architecture, canonicalization, hreflang implementation, schema markup, and other SEO fundamentals.
  • Proven experience in conducting comprehensive SEO audits and creating actionable roadmaps that lead to measurable results.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Search Console, and GA4.
  • Experience in keyword research and mapping search intent to content and technical strategies.
  • Familiarity with Shopify’s unique SEO considerations and eCommerce best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both clients and developers.
  • Delivery-focused mindset with a track record of following through from audit to implementation.
  • Understanding of AI-driven search tactics and how AI surfaces impact SEO strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical, content, and on-site SEO audits to identify impactful issues and opportunities.
  • Translate audit findings into clear, prioritised roadmaps that align with client goals and drive organic growth.
  • Manage the ongoing SEO programs for assigned client accounts, ensuring consistent delivery of audits, roadmaps, and keyword research.
  • Implement technical recommendations, including schema markup, metadata optimization, and structural fixes, from recommendation to execution.
  • Identify keyword opportunities and map them to search intent, leveraging tools like Search Console and Ahrefs to inform strategy.
  • Apply AI-driven search tactics to enhance visibility across AI surfaces such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Google AI Mode.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues like canonical conflicts, hreflang errors, and indexation problems.
  • Communicate findings and strategies effectively to clients, ensuring they understand and can act on recommendations.
  • Collaborate with development and content teams to ensure SEO recommendations are properly implemented and aligned with project timelines.
