Role: Content & SEO Specialists

Type: Short-Term Contract (9 Weeks)

Compensation: $46 per hour

Location: Remote

Work Schedule: Flexible, up to 40 hrs/week with a minimum 4-hour overlap with PST

Role Responsibilities

  • Create and evaluate high-difficulty content and SEO tasks and expert-level solutions.
  • Develop scenarios covering content strategy, keyword research, search intent, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and organic growth.
  • Review AI-generated outputs for SEO accuracy, content quality, relevance, and practical usefulness.
  • Analyze rankings, traffic, conversions, content performance, and competitive search trends.
  • Evaluate technical SEO factors including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Conduct SEO audits, identify opportunities, and prioritize improvements for organic growth.
  • Review and calibrate team outputs and provide expert feedback.
  • Apply established quality standards and incorporate feedback to refine tasks and solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in content strategy, SEO, organic growth, or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience developing editorial strategies aligned with audience needs, search intent, brand positioning, and business goals.
  • Advanced proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
  • Strong expertise in technical SEO, including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Deep experience analyzing search rankings, traffic, conversions, content performance, and competitive trends.
  • Ability to lead SEO audits, prioritize opportunities, guide content teams, and develop measurable organic growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical, written communication, research, and attention-to-detail skills.
