Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with 10-15 clients as their main SEO and AEO/GEO contact.
  • Develop and execute strategies covering keyword research, technical audits, content planning, and off-page optimisation.
  • Optimise content for visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and similar answer engines.
  • Lead monthly reporting calls using tools such as Google Looker Studio.
  • Analyse organic rankings and AI-answer-engine visibility and turn the findings into practical recommendations.
  • Work with content, design, and PPC teams to deliver integrated performance across organic and paid channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a dedicated SEO role, either agency-side or in-house.
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and client-management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify insights, and present findings clearly.
  • Awareness of how AEO and GEO are changing content discovery and citation by AI tools.
  • B2B technology or SaaS SEO experience is preferred.
  • Google Tag Manager knowledge, SEO automation experience, or hands-on AI-answer-engine optimisation experience is preferred.
