Salary: £30,000-£55,000 per year.

Hours: 35 hours/week (140 hours/month), flexible (UK office hours).

Location: Fully Remote.

We're hiring an SEO Strategist to own a portfolio of B2B clients across traditional SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) — helping brands rank in classic search and get cited by AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

Loom Video Required (Mandatory)
As part of your application, you must submit a 3-5 minute Loom video (https://www.loom.com/) as your cover letter.

Applications without a Loom video will not be considered.

In Your Video, Please Cover:

  • Why you're a great fit for this role.
  • Your relevant SEO, AEO/GEO, and client management experience.
  • The tools and platforms you're confident using (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, ChatGPT/Perplexity visibility tracking, etc.).
  • An example of a successful SEO or AEO/GEO project you've worked on and the results it achieved.
  • Why you want to work at Geeky Tech.

This helps us assess your communication skills, presentation ability, and how clearly you can explain ideas.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
