About the role
We're the Growth Marketing team. We move fast, run experiments (a lot of them), and measure everything. SEO + GEO is our engine, and we ship weekly. We're looking for someone who lives in content, thinks in keywords, and treats AI as a teammate.
What you'll do
- Ship content, fast. Upload, publish, and update content at a high, steady cadence.
- Keep content winning. Refresh existing pages for SEO and GEO/AEO — AI engines love freshness, and so do we.
- Do the research. Keyword and cluster research, gap-hunting, and 1:1 position analysis to feed the content engine.
- Work AI-native. Use content bots, automations, and tools (Profound, Semrush, Claude) to move faster and smarter every week.
- Own your KRs. Track what you ship, tie it to impact, and log it in the experiments sheet.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
