Role Overview

Are you passionate about skincare and creating exceptional customer experiences? This exciting dual-brand role across Clinique and Dr.Jart+ offers the opportunity to bring two leading skincare brands to life in Sephora.

Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you will support both brands during new product launches, retailer activations and key brand moments. Acting as an ambassador for Clinique and Dr.Jart+, you will create engaging in-store activity, drive excitement and elevate the consumer.

Your mission: elevate the consumer experience through captivating on-counter theatre, exciting brand moments and expert skincare conversations.

Description

As one of our highly skilled make-up artists you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers.

You will also like working as part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors.

While certification in make up artistry and/or previous retail make up experience is desirable we also welcome applicants with amateur level experience. Qualifications

  • While a qualification in make-up artistry/previous retail make up experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
  • Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview

Pay Range

Anticipated Base Salary Range £12.72 to £12.72 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget), based on a 40 hour work week (range to be scaled accordingly). In addition, The Estée Lauder Companies offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage (medical, dental, and vision insurance), wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. In addition, the Company maintains highly competitive incentive compensation programs (role eligibility may vary based on terms of the respective plan(s)).

You may be eligible to participate in the applicable Commission/Bonus Plan, under the plan guidelines in effect at the time of hire. Additional details regarding the commission plan will be provided as part of your onboarding.
