Your new company

This is a rare opportunity to join a specialist claimant law firm with a highly regarded reputation in the serious injury sector. The firm is recognised for its expertise in complex, life-changing injury claims and takes a genuinely client-centred approach, focusing on rehabilitation, care and achieving the best possible outcomes for those affected by catastrophic injuries. The team offers a supportive and collaborative environment, with a strong emphasis on quality over volume and excellent career development opportunities.

Your new role

You will join a growing serious injury team handling a low-volume, high-value caseload of complex catastrophic injury matters, with a particular focus on traumatic brain injury claims. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and their families, managing cases that have a significant impact on their lives while developing your expertise in this highly specialised area of law.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload of complex serious injury claims, particularly traumatic brain injury matters.
  • There may also be opportunities to undertake clinical negligence work, depending on experience and interests.
  • Running high-value multi-track litigation from inception through to settlement or trial.
  • Advising clients and their families throughout the claims process.
  • Conducting client visits, including home and hospital visits where required.
  • Working alongside medical experts, case managers and rehabilitation providers.
  • Assisting in the continued growth and development of the firm's specialist practice.
  • Building relationships with professional contacts and supporting the firm's reputation within the serious injury sector.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
