Serious Injury Solicitor / Serious Injury Lawyer
Liverpool
Due to continued growth and expansion, a highly successful and ambitious Liverpool-based law firm is looking to appoint a Serious Injury Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive, or experienced non-qualified fee earner to join its thriving Serious Injury team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm that is going from strength to strength, with a strong reputation for delivering excellent client service and achieving outstanding results for injured clients.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of serious and catastrophic injury matters, handling files from inception through to conclusion. The successful candidate will be experienced in running litigated matters and confident managing cases through the litigation process. Typical cases may include:
- Brain injuries
- Spinal injuries
- Multiple orthopaedic injuries
- Amputations
- Fatal accident claims
- Complex road traffic accident claims
- Employers' and public liability cases involving serious injury

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Litigation Executive, or experienced non-qualified fee earner.
- Proven experience handling a caseload of serious injury claims.
- Experience managing litigated files from start to finish.
- Strong technical and client care skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
