HarKaye Core Talent is working confidentially with a highly regarded specialist law firm seeking an experienced Serious Injury Solicitor to join its growing team in Reading.
This is an excellent opportunity for a claimant solicitor who is passionate about representing individuals and families affected by life-changing injuries. You will manage a varied caseload of complex and high-value matters, potentially including brain injury, spinal injury, amputation, serious orthopaedic injury and fatal accident claims.
You will work alongside experienced and well-respected lawyers within a collaborative, compassionate and client-focused environment. The firm places considerable importance on securing early rehabilitation and ensuring clients receive the practical support they need throughout the lifetime of their claim.

The Role Will Involve:
- Managing a caseload of complex, high-value serious injury claims
- Conducting matters from initial instruction through to settlement
- Investigating liability and quantum
- Working closely with medical experts, counsel, case managers and rehabilitation providers
- Developing strong, trusted relationships with clients and their families
- Supporting business development and strengthening relationships with relevant charities and professional contacts
- Supervising or mentoring junior colleagues where appropriate
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with claimant serious injury experience
- Have experience managing complex, multi-track personal injury matters
- Demonstrate strong technical, analytical and organisational skills
- Possess excellent client-care skills and the emotional intelligence required to support vulnerable clients
- Be commercially aware and committed to delivering exceptional outcomes
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a wider specialist team
