Serious Injury Solicitor - Liverpool - Hybrid - Salary up to £70,000
A leading, Legal 500 recognised law firm is seeking an experienced Serious Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its thriving Serious Injury team in Liverpool.
This is a standout opportunity for a claimant Serious Injury lawyer looking to work on some of the most complex and life-changing cases in the market. Joining a highly regarded team, you will play a key role in securing exceptional outcomes for clients who have suffered catastrophic injuries, while working alongside experienced Partners on high-value, technically challenging litigation.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and gain exposure to a broad range of serious injury work, including complex brain and spinal injury claims, many valued in excess of £1 million.
The Role:
- Manage your own caseload of Serious Injury matters from instruction through to resolution
- Handle a range of complex and high-value Multi-Track claims
- Assist Partners on catastrophic injury cases, including traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury claims
- Work on cases involving significant damages, with claims frequently exceeding £1 million
- Liaise closely with clients, medical experts, barristers and other professionals
- Draft legal documents, witness statements and schedules of loss
- Support clients and their families through what are often life-changing circumstances
- Take a proactive approach to progressing cases and securing the best possible outcomes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional levels of care and communication
- Collaborate with a highly respected team recognised for its expertise in serious and catastrophic injury litigation

About You:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive status
- At least 5 years' PQE or equivalent post-qualification experience
- A genuine passion for Serious Injury and Catastrophic Injury litigation
- Proven experience handling or assisting on Multi-Track Serious Injury claims
- Strong litigation experience and a sound understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Experience working on complex and high-value personal injury matters
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Outstanding client care and relationship management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage your workload independently while working effectively as part of a collaborative team
- A compassionate and client-focused approach combined with strong commercial awareness
