Imad’s Syrian Kitchen is a vibrant and welcoming dining experience known for exceptional food, outstanding service, and a warm atmosphere. We take pride in delivering top-quality hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests. We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Server to join our team and provide outstanding service to our customers.

Job Summary

As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist guests with any requests. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
  • Engage with guests to ensure a positive dining experience and address any concerns.
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients, dietary restrictions, and specials.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and serving stations.
  • Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant as required.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Server or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
