Job Role
As a part of the Rose Bakery Front of House team, you will be offering outstanding service to our customers, processing coffee, food and drinks orders, carrying food and drinks from the kitchen to tables, preparing bills and processing payments. We are looking for a confident customer service focused individual who is barista trained to join our friendly team.
We are looking for full-time candidates with availability for 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving consistently high-quality coffee and beverages
- Serving customers drinks and food orders
- Providing outstanding customer service at all times
- Creating a warm and inviting environment for customers
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless service
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Supporting daily operational tasks and team goals
- Adhering to health and safety standards at all times

Experience & Profile
- A team player, but who also has initiative.
- Strong coffee-making skills and understanding of specialty coffee standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays as part of a full-time rota
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Ability to work to set food service standards and guidelines and keep to that standard at all times through a positive attitude and hard work.
- A professional and interested person ready to engage with customers and colleagues to deliver an exemplary experience and service.
- A confident, friendly, proactive and hard-working approach.
