Role Overview
To deliver exceptional, memorable guest experiences at The Botanist Bournemouth by providing warm, genuine service, confidently sharing product knowledge, and building rapport, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued from arrival to departure.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering friendly, engaging and memorable guest experiences
- Taking food and drink orders with confidence
- Sharing menu and drinks recommendations
- Building rapport with guests and creating genuine connections
- Working closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service
- Maintaining high standards throughout every shift
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are passionate about hospitality and guest experience, friendly, confident and approachable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team.
