TSSA / BladeLogic Engineer
Inside IR35 | Newbury / Hybrid | 3 Months | Immediate Start
We're looking for an experienced TSSA / BladeLogic Engineer to join an enterprise environment on an initial 3-month contract, with an immediate start available.
The key requirement is strong, hands-on experience with BMC TrueSight Server Automation (TSSA / BladeLogic) across large-scale server environments.
The role
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing Windows and Linux patching across enterprise server estates
- Creating, scheduling and monitoring Patch Analysis, Deployment and Remediation Jobs using TSSA
- Carrying out remote software deployment and upgrades
- Analysing vulnerabilities and delivering vulnerability remediation
- Troubleshooting TSSA job failures, RSCD agent issues and deployment problems
- Developing automation using PowerShell, Bash or Shell scripting
- Producing patch compliance, deployment and remediation reports
- Working closely with infrastructure, security, application and change management teams

Key requirements
- Strong hands-on BMC TSSA / BladeLogic experience
- Enterprise-scale Windows and Linux patching
- Experience with vulnerability remediation
- Strong troubleshooting skills across TSSA and RSCD agents
- PowerShell, Bash or Shell scripting experience
- Good understanding of change, security and infrastructure processes
