We're looking for an enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Richmond Hill Hotel, an independent Georgian gem overlooking London's greenest borough. What will I be responsible for?
As a Waiter/Waitress at Richmond Hill, you will help create memorable experiences for our guests across our restaurant, bar and events operations. You will deliver friendly, attentive service, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional hospitality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing outstanding service to guests in our restaurant, bar and event spaces.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serving food and drinks to the highest standards.
- Setting up and maintaining dining and event areas.
- Building positive relationships with guests and responding to requests with professionalism and care.
- Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Following all food safety, licensing and health & safety procedures.
- Taking pride in delivering the exceptional guest experience Richmond Hill Hotel is known for.
