Role Description
The Service Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Leeds, supporting the smooth running of mental health and wellbeing services. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Managing service-related correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Handling telephone and email inquiries from service users, partners, and stakeholders
- Preparing and updating documentation
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Supporting reporting requirements by collating data and producing basic reports
The Service Administrator will work closely with operational staff and managers to coordinate administrative processes, ensure timely information flow, and uphold confidentiality and safeguarding standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated administrative skills, including data entry, record keeping, and document management
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and comfort using databases or case management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact sensitively with a diverse range of people
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Understanding of, or interest in, mental health, wellbeing services, and working within charitable or community-based settings
- Commitment to equality, inclusion, and safeguarding, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately

Beneficial Experience
- Experience in an administrative role in health, social care, or the voluntary sector
- Relevant vocational qualification or equivalent experience in administration, customer service, or office support
