Salary: £28,162.65 basic salary plus excellent company benefits


We're looking for a Service Administrator to join our team at Vertu Škoda and Nissan Chesterfield.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position with no weekend work.


About The Role

As a Service Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of our Service Department. You'll help ensure administrative processes are completed accurately, support colleagues across the dealership, and provide excellent customer service.


Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Ensuring service work completed on vehicles is recorded accurately and meets manufacturer requirements
  • Submitting completed and invoiced jobs
  • Supporting customers by answering queries and providing updates
  • Assisting the Accounts team with service-related payments and documentation
  • Preparing jobs for invoicing and checking information for accuracy
  • Processing warranty claims
  • Updating repair cost estimates following vehicle health checks
  • Providing administrative support to Service Advisors and other team members when needed
  • Building positive working relationships with colleagues, managers and manufacturer contacts

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and enjoys working with information and systems. You don't need to have motor industry experience to be successful in this role. If you have strong administrative skills and are keen to learn, we'd love to hear from you.


You'll Be Someone Who

  • Has previous administration experience
  • Is comfortable using computers and learning new software and systems
  • Can manage their workload and maintain accuracy when working with data
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues
  • Enjoys working as part of a team in a busy environment
  • Takes pride in being organised and paying attention to detail

Experience within the motor trade, using Kerridge, or working as a Service Advisor would be beneficial, but is not essential.
