About The Role

This permanent, full-time Service Administrator role in Branston suits someone with automotive dealership experience. As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring every customer receives a professional and first-class experience. You’ll be responsible for managing bookings, keeping customers updated throughout the repair process, and working closely with the technicians to ensure vehicles are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing customer appointments
  • Welcoming customers and understanding their requirements
  • Liaising with technicians regarding vehicle inspections and repairs
  • Preparing estimates and explaining recommended work to customers
  • Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
  • Advising customers on additional work and identifying sales opportunities
  • Handling customer queries and resolving any issues professionally
  • Ensuring all relevant paperwork and systems are kept accurate and up to date
  • Working closely with the wider team to ensure the department operates smoothly
  • Providing an excellent level of customer service from initial booking through to vehicle collection

About You

We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised, and enjoys working with customers. Previous experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive environment would be highly desirable.

You’ll need excellent communication skills, a professional manner, and the ability to remain calm and organised in a busy workshop environment. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who takes pride in delivering great customer service and enjoys being part of a team.
