We are looking for a Service Administrator to join our busy team in our Stockton Branch on a full-time basis.
In this role, you will work closely with internal and external customers making sure the vehicle records, claims, and job cards are managed effectively and timely. All whilst creating invoices as and when required and ensuring that you are meeting monthly targets.
We are looking for an experienced administrator who would be flexible, adaptable, and not afraid to work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work as part of a small team but also need the ability to use your own initiative and manage your workload with great organisation skills. We would be looking for someone with general IT skills along with having a good technical knowledge or understanding of heavy vehicles and would preferably have previously used ESA.
