Job Title: Service Administrator & Triage Support

We are looking for a Service Administrator & Triage Support to work with our Minerva team on the delivery of a service in our Finsbury Park office.

The Project
The Minerva London service provides holistic, trauma-informed support for women in touch with the Criminal Justice System, through dedicated one to one support, safer women’s centre spaces and specialist interventions and partnerships.
The Role
Working as a Service Administrator you will support the work of our services team, ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes. This will include:
- Daily management of referral and allocations
- Monitoring the Minerva shared email accounts and dealing with enquiries from professionals
- Uploading and maintaining accurate information on our databases
- Supporting the administration of our women’s centres
- Working closely with the Evidence & Insights team to ensure data recording and monitoring in the service is accurate
One part of the role involves working and supporting the Triage Keyworkers, where you will undertake initial assessments and process these on the database and on completion will allocate to each Keyworker.

- Previous experience of monitoring and evaluation practices
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- A strong interest in supporting women in the criminal justice system
- Knowledge of issues that face offenders and those at risk of offending
- Experience of working with women experiencing issues related to offending such as homelessness, substance misuse, domestic violence or mental health
