Allen Motor Group is currently looking to employ a Service Administrator to join our OMODA dealership in Coventry. To support in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Service operation through providing efficient administration, with an emphasis on a high level of customer care.
This is a full-time permanent position, Monday – Friday with Saturday’s AM on a Rota Basis, 1 in 3, a basic salary of £30,620.42 reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

Do I need experience?
No! Whilst we welcome applications from those with a background in an automotive service role, we understand that everyone started without experience at some point, so we relish applications from people looking to begin their automotive career with us.
The key attributes and skills we look for in candidates are:
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Great attention to detail
- A background in customer service
- Experience using computer software systems

As a Service Administrator, you will be expected to be the face and voice of the whole customer experience from the minute a booking is made to when the customer returns to collect their vehicle. After relevant training and ongoing support, you will be expected to:
- Advising and assisting customers using the company systems and resources to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly.
- Carrying out administrative tasks linked to the running of the service operation.
- Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines.
- Ensuring quotes and charges are recorded accurately and invoices are produced/paid in-line with AMG guidelines.
