Main Purpose of Role
The After Sales Service Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the service operation, ensuring accurate job reporting, data collection, record management, and customer service administration.

- Process and review service engineers’ job reports for accuracy and completion.
- Collate and manage the service certification from engineers to client including all report formatting.
- Maintain the warranty work tracking including parts return, testing and reporting.
- Complete basic quotation and invoicing using SAP.
- Maintain service records within CRM and service management systems.
- Collect, validate and maintain operational data and KPI information.
- Produce weekly and monthly service performance reports.
- Handle customer and engineer enquiries via phone and email.
- Support service scheduling and appointment administration.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations and departmental documentation.
- Manage filing systems and undertake general office administration duties.

Essential Criteria
- Previous administration experience.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
Desirable Criteria
- Previous SAP experience beneficial.
- Experience with CRM or service management systems preferred.
- Business Administration qualifications are desirable.
