Service Administrator
Part-time position: 3 full days per week (Monday – Wednesday).
There will be some occasional Saturday mornings. Part-time roles are 21 hours per week across 3 days working 9:30am – 5:30pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

About the Role
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Service Administrator to work within the Someone to Talk to Service Delivery team. Our client is a well-respected charity based in five Hubs in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough and is well known for providing support to young people.

You will provide a provision of full administration support to the Someone to Talk to service, including but not limited to:
- Handling incoming communication and enquiries from service users and external agencies via their frontline telephone, email, WhatsApp and text streams
- Providing admin support during their drop-in services
- Supporting referrals, bookings, and managing waiting lists for their services

This role requires working every day from their Cambridge hub. There will be some travel to other hubs within Cambridgeshire for training and team development.
