Location
Based in Keighley, West Yorkshire, this position is commutable from Skipton, Shipley, Ilkley, Bingley, Silsden and the surrounding areas.

Working Hours

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Service Manager, engineers and wider depot team.
- Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and in person, ensuring a professional and helpful service.
- Manage service paperwork, work orders, engineer time records, invoices and warranty claims.
- Support financial administration including payments, banking, petty cash and reconciliations.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, depot administration, groundcare repairs and customer collections/deliveries.

We're Looking For a Service Administrator Who Has
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a busy service-led environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence communicating with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Experience handling payments and general financial administration.
- Good IT skills.
- Agricultural, engineering, vehicle or machinery experience would be advantageous but isn't essential.
