Position: Service Administrator

Department: Helpdesk

Reporting to: Helpdesk Manager

Status of post: Full-Time Permanent

Salary: Remuneration Package will be competitive and in line with experience

Location: Portadown

Job Description

  • Maintain accurate records by filing and updating data across internal systems and databases
  • Assist with planning and scheduling documentation for internal teams and external contractors to support efficient workflows
  • Monitor and update records related to ongoing tasks and service requests to help ensure compliance with performance targets and internal KPIs
  • Support customer service reporting by logging feedback, tracking issues, and compiling data for review
  • Contribute to process improvements by maintaining documentation, suggesting efficiencies, and helping to standardize procedures across the team
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, handling documentation, and coordinating internal communications

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel) and database systems such as CAFM
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and documentation
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience collaborating with team members to meet shared goals and ensure consistency in administrative processes

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a similar role from a Facilities Management (FM) environment, ideally involving the allocating and planning of responsive works
  • Previous practice in using CAFM software
