Changan Heathrow is the authorised Changan dealer for Heathrow and West London, operating from a long-established showroom in Hayes. Formerly known as Heston Automotive, the business has a strong track record of providing vehicle sales, aftercare, and a straightforward, transparent customer experience. While the Changan branding is new, the team, location, and commitment to looking after customers remain consistent. Applicants joining Changan Heathrow will be part of a trusted, customer-focused dealership with deep roots in the local community.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Advisor role based at the Changan Heathrow showroom in Hayes. The Service Advisor will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their service and repair needs, and accurately recording work requests. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role also involves:
- Managing service bookings
- Handling enquiries by phone and email
- Ensuring that all aftersales processes run smoothly
A key focus of the position is maintaining high customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, professional, and customer-focused service at every stage of the aftersales journey.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer-focused Service, and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Experience in Aftersales or service reception within the automotive sector, or a similar customer service environment.
- Ability to organize workloads, manage bookings, and handle multiple customer requests with attention to detail.
- Comfort with using dealership management or scheduling systems and basic office software.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technicians and management.
- Prior experience in an automotive dealership or service center is highly beneficial.
- Relevant vocational training or certification in automotive service, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
