Service Advisor
Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 basic per annum (dependent on automotive background and experience)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (NO WEEKENDS) — Flexible full-time or part-time schedules considered for the right candidate.
- Perks: 28 days holiday allowance (including bank holidays), company pension scheme, employee discounts on vehicle servicing and parts, free secure on-site parking.

Role Overview
Due to rapid business growth, we are seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Estimator to join our front-of-house team.
In this fast-paced role, you will be the vital link between our customers and workshop technicians. You will handle customer inquiries, build precise repair estimates, book in vehicles, manage job flow, and ensure our clients receive prompt, accurate updates every step of the way.
Requirements
- Automotive Experience: Solid background as a Service Advisor, Workshop Assistant, Parts Advisor, or Estimator within an automotive garage or main dealership.
- Technical Understanding: Sound knowledge of light vehicle servicing, MOT processes, and mechanical repair terminology to prepare accurate job estimates.
- Communication & Admin Skills: Friendly, professional phone manner with efficient IT and vehicle management system skills.
- Drive & Multi-tasking: Ability to stay organized, manage high inquiry volumes, and handle customer interactions under busy workshop conditions.
- Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence is advantageous.

- Base: St Leonards-on-Sea / Hastings
- Road Links: Directly accessible via the A21 and A259, providing smooth links across East Sussex.
