Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
Compensation: $90,000- $130,000+ earning potential
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of Service Advisor experience in a Domestic or high-volume Import dealership
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Team Player with a gregarious, involved personality
- Looking for a long-term career with growth opportunities
- Provide accurate quotes and maintenance guidance

What Your Day Will Look Like
- Guide customers through the service process from check-in to vehicle delivery
- Build repair recommendations and maintenance plans based on technician findings
- Communicate repair timelines, approvals, and updates to customers
- Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate estimates and efficient workflow
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing repair opportunities
