About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor to join the team at Greenhous Telford, supporting our range of Stellantis brands. We are looking for a customer-focused and organised individual who can deliver an excellent experience from the moment a customer arrives through to the completion of their vehicle's service or repair.

As a Service Advisor, you will act as the main point of contact for our customers, liaising with the workshop and wider Aftersales team to ensure work is completed efficiently and customers are kept informed throughout the process.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Salary

  • Dependent on experience, plus bonus opportunities. Salary will be discussed at interview stage.

Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm, i.e. 45 hours per week, 1 hour lunch break (unpaid).

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers and providing a professional and friendly service.
  • Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repair work.
  • Discussing customer requirements and accurately recording vehicle concerns.
  • Providing estimates and keeping customers updated on the progress of work.
  • Liaising with Vehicle Technicians and the Workshop team.
  • Explaining completed work and associated costs to customers.
  • Handling customer queries and resolving any issues professionally.
  • Promoting additional products and services where appropriate.
  • Ensuring all documentation and systems are kept accurate and up to date.
  • Delivering an excellent customer experience at every stage.

Ideal Candidate

  • Previously experienced as a Service Advisor or within a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A professional and confident approach.
  • Good IT and administration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.
  • Proactive approach with a strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience within the motor trade would be advantageous.
