Service Advisor – Vertu Land Rover Taunton

About The Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of our aftersales experience – ensuring every customer receives a seamless, professional and premium service from start to finish.
You’ll act as the key link between our customers and workshop, keeping everything running smoothly while building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer bookings and setting clear expectations
- Keeping customers updated throughout their vehicle service or repair
- Identifying and upselling additional products and services where appropriate
- Delivering a first-class customer experience at every touchpoint
- Following up to ensure complete satisfaction and repeat business

What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer-facing experience (essential)
- Experience as a Service Advisor or within automotive is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
- A proactive, organised approach in a fast-paced environment
- A focus on delivering targets while maintaining excellent service standards
