Service Advisor Opportunity at Poole Audi

About the Role

We have an opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our team at Poole Audi. As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and the workshop team, delivering a professional and seamless aftersales experience. You will be responsible for keeping customers informed throughout the service and repair process, providing expert advice, and ensuring every customer receives a premium level of service.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their service and repair journey.
  • Communicate and provide regular updates on the progress of customer vehicles while in the workshop.
  • Explain vehicle faults and repair recommendations confidently and professionally.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell essential and urgent repairs that benefit the customer.
  • Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the quality of our brand and vehicles.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively, working towards positive resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in line with company procedures.

Requirements

  • Confident and driven individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate resilience under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience within a main dealer aftersales operation is essential.
  • Proven ability to deal professionally and effectively with customers.

Working Hours

  • Hours of work will be 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
  • There is also a Saturday rota, where you will work two consecutive Saturdays followed by four Saturdays off.

Please note a full valid driving licence is essential for this role, as at times you may be required to move customer vehicles (both manual and automatic) around site.

  • A competitive salary of £31,000. Plus uncapped bonus plan OTE £41,000.
