At West End Garage, we do things differently. We are one of Scotland’s leading privately owned automotive retailer groups, representing Škoda in Stirling, Edinburgh and Dunfermline, alongside CUPRA and SEAT at our Stirling site.
Following the opening of our new CUPRA showroom and the expansion of our Stirling operation, we are looking for an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy multi-brand aftersales team.
This is more than a reception role. You will be the key link between our customers and workshop team, helping to deliver an exceptional aftersales experience from the initial booking through to vehicle collection.

The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will play a central role in the customer journey by:
- Welcoming customers and providing a professional and friendly experience
- Managing service, repair and MOT bookings efficiently
- Keeping customers informed throughout their vehicle’s visit
- Explaining technical information clearly and confidently
- Liaising closely with Technicians, Workshop Control and the Parts department
- Identifying additional service and maintenance requirements
- Preparing invoices, estimates and service documentation accurately
- Supporting workshop efficiency and the effective management of daily workloads
- Helping to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Representing West End Garage and our brand values at every opportunity

Requirements
Essential
- Previous Service Advisor experience within a franchised dealership environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Confidence using dealership systems and digital platforms
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
- The ability to work calmly under pressure in a busy environment
- Experience identifying and presenting additional work, products or service plans
- Good IT and administration skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Eligibility to work in the UK

Desirable
- Experience working with electric or hybrid vehicles would be advantageous, although full manufacturer training will be provided
