An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Ford & Suzuki dealership in Haywards Heath as a Service Advisor.
As you will be the first point of contact for the Service Department, you will need to have an excellent level of communication and presentation.
- You will possess good organisational skills, confidence and be computer literate as all systems are computer based.
- Booking customers' vehicles into the Service Department both over the phone and face to face will require good communication skills.
- You will be responsible for explaining and selling the repair process and cost breakdown whilst building customer relations and delivering a fantastic level of Customer Service.
