At Vertu Peugeot Exeter, we're looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our successful and welcoming team. About The Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be at the heart of the customer journey, acting as the key link between our customers and our workshop team. You'll ensure every customer receives a professional, seamless experience from the moment they arrive, keeping them informed throughout the service and repair process and building trust every step of the way.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Welcoming customers and understanding their servicing and repair requirements
  • Managing the customer journey from vehicle drop-off through to collection
  • Liaising with technicians and keeping customers updated on vehicle progress
  • Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services
  • Ensuring customer expectations are exceeded and satisfaction levels remain high
  • Following up with customers after their visit to ensure they are delighted with the service received

What We're Looking For

Previous customer-facing experience is essential for this role, and whilst automotive Service Advisor experience would be advantageous, it's not a requirement. We are keen to hear from candidates who have a genuine passion for customer service and relationship building.
