Role Description

The Service Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Service Advisor will be the main point of contact for drivers, managing service bookings, explaining maintenance work, and ensuring clear, professional communication throughout the service process.

  • Greeting and supporting drivers
  • Assessing service needs
  • Coordinating with workshop teams
  • Tracking aftersales activities to make sure vehicles are safe, compliant, and returned on time

The role also involves:

  • Resolving service-related queries
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Consistently focusing on driver satisfaction and efficient service operations

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service capabilities.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in clear, accessible terms.
  • Experience in Aftersales or service advisory roles within automotive, fleet, or related sectors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple bookings, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and service management software; strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with workshop, operations, and customer support teams.
  • Prior experience in automotive or electric vehicle services is beneficial; relevant vocational training or qualifications in automotive or customer service are an advantage.
