Service Advisor
Location: Burton upon Trent
Salary: £28,000 Basic Salary + Overtime + Bonus (OTE £35,000)
Hours: 42.5 Hours per Week | Saturdays Paid as Overtime
About the Role
Join a Successful Independent Franchised Dealership Group
Pybus Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent franchised automotive retailer in Burton upon Trent for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and successful aftersales team where you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting the smooth operation of the service department.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and booking vehicles into the workshop
- Managing customer expectations and keeping them informed throughout the repair process
- Preparing job cards and workshop documentation
- Liaising with technicians to monitor vehicle progress
- Advising customers on additional work and vehicle maintenance requirements
- Processing invoices and service-related administration
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
- The ability to work effectively in a busy dealership environment
- A professional and positive attitude
- IT literacy and experience using dealership management systems
- A full UK driving licence
