Service Advisor
Renault Watford (WD18)
£34,750 pa + bonus, overtime & ECOP Company Car
OTE £41,700 pa
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm + 1-in-3 Saturdays
Join Our Aftersales Team
Renault Watford is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our welcoming Aftersales Team.
You'll be part of a supportive dealership environment where delivering a professional, organised and customer-focused experience is at the heart of what we do.
Working closely with customers, Technicians and colleagues across the dealership, you'll help ensure every service and repair journey runs smoothly from booking through to vehicle collection.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer communication both face-to-face and by telephone
- Book vehicles into the workshop, prepare estimates and complete invoicing
- Liaise with Technicians to monitor progress and communicate updates
- Keep customers informed throughout the day and obtain authority for additional work where required
- Manage courtesy car bookings and customer handovers
- Use dealership systems such as Kerridge, Autoline, Keyloop/CDK or similar platforms
- Promote relevant products and services in a professional and customer-focused manner

What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Senior Service Advisor, Service Reception Advisor or similar Aftersales role
- Confidence managing customer communication in a busy dealership environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- A professional, calm and customer-focused approach
- Experience using Kerridge, Autoline, Keyloop/CDK or similar dealer management systems would be advantageous
Driving Licence Requirement
This role involves the occasional movement of customer and courtesy vehicles.
A full UK manual driving licence (manual and automatic vehicles) is essential.
Hours & Pay
This role is based on a Monday to Friday working pattern from 8:00am-6:00pm.
You will also participate in a 1-in-3 Saturday morning rota, working 8:30am-12:30pm, paid at time-and-a-half.
Basic salary is £34,750 pa. Bonus earnings provide an OTE of £41,700 pa that is achievable and regularly reached. Additional commission is available through Service Plan sales.
