Service Advisor Opportunity at Porsche Centre Aberdeen

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and the workshop team, delivering an exceptional ownership experience that reflects the prestige and values of the Porsche brand. You will guide customers through every stage of their service and repair journey, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, communication, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering a warm, professional, and personalised welcome to every Porsche customer.
  • Managing the complete service and repair process from vehicle check-in through to handover.
  • Providing regular updates and building strong customer relationships throughout the ownership journey.
  • Presenting repair recommendations, Vehicle Health Checks, and additional service requirements clearly and professionally.
  • Working closely with Workshop Controllers and Technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle completion.
  • Preparing accurate estimates, invoices, and service documentation with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Promoting Porsche Service Plans, accessories, and aftersales products where appropriate.
  • Consistently achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting departmental performance targets.

Requirements

  • Previous Service Advisor experience within a franchised dealership
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness and ability to identify aftersales opportunities
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Premium/luxury automotive experience desirable

Hours of Work

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am to 12:00pm (with time off in lieu)
