At Vertu Land Rover Truro, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our successful and supportive aftersales team.

About The Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every customer receives a professional, efficient, and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
  • Providing advice on vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair work
  • Keeping customers updated throughout the service and repair process
  • Liaising closely with technicians and workshop colleagues
  • Identifying and recommending relevant products and services that add value for customers
  • Managing customer expectations and resolving queries professionally
  • Achieving individual and team performance targets
  • Following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to build strong customer relationships and provide a first-class experience
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • A full UK driving licence
