About The Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every customer receives a professional, efficient, and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
You'll be responsible for:
- Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
- Providing advice on vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair work
- Keeping customers updated throughout the service and repair process
- Liaising closely with technicians and workshop colleagues
- Identifying and recommending relevant products and services that add value for customers
- Managing customer expectations and resolving queries professionally
- Achieving individual and team performance targets
- Following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to build strong customer relationships and provide a first-class experience
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- A proactive and positive attitude
- A full UK driving licence
