We’re recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join an established automotive dealership.
This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused automotive professional looking to join a busy aftersales department with a strong team environment and long-term career prospects.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing customers throughout the service and repair process, from booking vehicles into the workshop through to collection.

- Booking customers and vehicles into the workshop
- Preparing job cards and repair orders
- Discussing vehicle requirements and repair work with customers
- Providing estimates and keeping customers updated
- Liaising closely with Technicians and the Workshop Controller
- Identifying additional work and upselling where appropriate
- Managing customer expectations
- Handling queries and resolving issues professionally
- Ensuring vehicles are completed and ready for collection
- Delivering a consistently high level of customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales experience
- Strong automotive knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a busy workshop environment
- Professional, positive, and commercially aware approach
