The Service Advisor role is one of the most important positions within our dealership. Like us, you understand that great customer service is about more than simply providing a service; it's about building trusted, lasting relationships with customers. Acting as the key link between our customers and workshop teams, you'll play a vital role in ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout every stage of the service journey.

  • Setting customer expectations
  • Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
  • Identifying and recommending additional products and services where appropriate
  • Following up after the work has been completed to ensure complete customer satisfaction

For this role, we are looking for someone with previous customer-facing experience. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines.

Previous Service Advisor experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
