Service Advisor – Worthing

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and successful dealership in Worthing.
We are looking for a customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering outstanding service. If you have previous automotive Service Advisor experience and are looking to join a supportive team with excellent earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and managing their service requirements.
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs.
- Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
- Liaising with the workshop to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Preparing estimates, invoices and processing payments.
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- A positive, professional attitude and a team-player mentality.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
