Salary: £31,200 Basic + Monthly Bonus (OTE £37,200)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
1 in 4 Saturdays

West End Garage has proudly been serving customers for nearly 60 years. We are a family-run business that believes people are our greatest investment, and we are looking for exceptional Service Advisors to join our growing team.

This is not just another customer service role. You will become the face of our aftersales department, helping customers throughout their ownership journey while earning excellent bonuses through outstanding customer care and service sales.

What you will do:

  • Welcome customers into the dealership
  • Book vehicles in for servicing and repairs
  • Keep customers updated throughout the day
  • Explain repair recommendations and gain authorisation
  • Upsell additional maintenance and service products
  • Work closely with technicians and the workshop
  • Deliver industry-leading customer satisfaction

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Organised and able to multitask
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Previous automotive experience is beneficial but not essential

What you will receive:

  • £31,200 basic salary
  • Monthly upsell bonus of up to £500
  • OTE of £37,200
  • Manufacturer training with Kia UK
  • Career progression into Senior Advisor, Service Manager or Leadership roles
