About the role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll play a vital role at the heart of the dealership – acting as the link between our customers and our workshop team. This is far more than just booking in vehicles; it’s about building strong, lasting relationships and delivering an outstanding customer journey from start to finish.
You’ll
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service or repair needs
- Keep customers informed throughout the process, managing expectations at every stage
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services
- Ensure every customer leaves satisfied with the service they’ve received
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (essential)
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with targets and deadlines
- Ability to build relationships and deliver a consistently high standard of service
