Service Advisor (HGV/Commercial Vehicles)

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + Monday-Friday + Progression + Company Benefits + Flexible starting times
Are you a Service Advisor or similar with a background in the HGV or Commercial Vehicle industry looking for a stable, Monday to Friday position within a family-run automotive company known for its great working environment and commitment to its staff?

This role would suit a Service Advisor or similar with experience in costing, pricing, estimating, or invoicing within the HGV or Commercial Vehicle industry, looking for a permanent Monday to Friday position with a company that offers stability and progression.
In this role, the successful candidate will liaise with customers, generate estimates and invoices, complete general administration, and work towards company KPIs including recovery rates and lead times.

- Answering phones and liaising directly with customers
- Generating estimates and invoices
- Flexible starting and finishing times (40 hour work week)
The Person:
- Service Advisor or similar background
- Experience within the HGV or Commercial Vehicle industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
