Service Advisor
Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000 - 32,000 basic per annum + competitive bonus scheme (Realistic OTE – £36,000)
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Saturday 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM on a 1-in-4 rota basis

Role Overview
Seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy aftersales team. You will be the face and voice of our service department—greeting customers, managing inbound/outbound calls, booking vehicles into the workshop, updating owners on progress, and ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in motor trade aftersales or dynamic customer-facing service roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent telephone manner, strong IT literacy, and the ability to explain technical repairs simply.
- Mindset: Smartly presented, conscientious, highly organised, and driven to achieve customer satisfaction and booking targets.
- Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (Required).

Location & Commute
- Base: Ferring / Worthing Area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategically situated directly off the main A259, with fast links to the A24 and A27 offering easy commutes across West Sussex.
- Public Transport: Close to Goring-by-Sea and West Worthing mainline train stations with regular regional bus routes right on the doorstep.
- Commutable From: Worthing, Littlehampton, Shoreham-by-Sea, Bognor Regis, Arundel, and Brighton.
