About The Role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, or repair.
You'll guide customers through their aftersales journey, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and valued every step of the way. From booking vehicles in and managing expectations to updating customers on progress and identifying additional service opportunities, you'll be responsible for creating a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Welcoming customers and providing an exceptional level of service
- Managing service and repair bookings efficiently
- Keeping customers updated throughout their vehicle's time in the workshop
- Liaising closely with technicians and workshop colleagues
- Identifying and recommending appropriate additional products and services
- Managing customer expectations and resolving queries professionally
- Following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
- Contributing to departmental targets and customer satisfaction objectives
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- A positive and professional approach to customer interactions
- Experience as a Service Advisor would be beneficial but is not essential
